 | RACING
BACKGROUND |
I started out racing Bicycle
Motocross (BMX) for 3 years, starting in November 1998, competing in
Local, State, Regional and National races. From there I went on to race
Motocross, racing a 65cc and an 80cc. I did that for about 2 years,
finishing 6th overall on my 65cc. I broke my leg racing my 80cc which
ended my career in Motocross. I am now in my second year of racing
Go-Karts and in the Gold Class at East Bay Raceway and look forward to a
great season.
 | RACING PLANS |
I plan to train hard and work
towards being in the top 5 in the East Bay Raceway Points Championship
2005 Series.
 | RACING
FUTURE |
This is my second year racing, I continue to learn more and improve.
My goal is to work towards a 1st place win
before the season is over. I also want to start racing at other state
tracks and eventually going to regional and national races..
 | HOW I FEEL
ABOUT RACING GO-KARTS |
It gives me confidence to tackle
challenges in school. It has taught me to focus on my goals so I can
accomplish them. I am a better person and have learned the true meaning
of team work. I try to have a good attitude and want to be the best.
 | HOW I WILL
ADVERTISE YOUR COMPANY |
Your logo will go on my Go-Kart,
as well as on our team trailer and team shirts that are worn at the
track by my parents, myself and my crew as well as family members and
friends.
 | CURRENT
SPONSORS |
Bar-B-Q Caboose - My Grandparents have the best barbeque in
town
Fisher Racing - Thanks for all your support & advice.
Barry Fisher - Thank for our engine - You are the best!
 | MY RACING
HIGHLIGHTS |
This is my second season racing
Go-Karts. Last year was a learning experience for me going through
several bodies, a throttle cable and several spin outs. I think I am
getting the hang of this. My highest finish last year was 5th place.
This year I am planning on getting a 1st place.
 | PEOPLE I
WOULD LIKE TO THANK |
First and foremost I want to thank
God, with him all things are possible. My mom and dad, my little sister,
Candace and Hayley, without you I wouldn't be here. My neighbor and best friend Amanda, she
is the best crew member (besides my dad). My friends and family who come out and watch me
race, their support is always appreciated. Thanks to Bill Barcus for
taking the pictures at the track. And thanks to my Grandma Pat & Papaw
from the Bar-B-Q Caboose, for their sponsorship, love and support.
 | OTHER SPORTS |
With school and Karting I don't
have time for any other sports. Go-Kart racing is a very tough sport and
requires a lot of time, hard work and dedication.
